We did it!!! Now let’s celebrate!

Thurs. Nov. 9, 7:30pm, Argonne Lobby

We needed 139 apartments to form an association so we could select our building’s buyer and negotiate improvements. Guess what?! 235 tenants representing 187 apartments have joined! Have you?! Join us this week to discuss building our effectiveness and more. Plus plenty of cake and beverage to celebrate!

Necesitabamos 139 apartamentos para formar la asociación de inquilinos para seleccionar el comprador del edificio y negociar mejoras al edificio y sobrepasamos nuestra meta con 235 inquilinos representando más de 186 apartamentos. ¿Se ha unido a la asociación? Únase a nosotros este jueves para conversar sobre como la asociación puede fortalecerse. Habrá torta y bebidas no alcohólicas para celebrar.

Knock, Knock! You know what’s really scary? A stranger knocking on your door. But we’re not strangers, we’re neighbors! We’ll be knocking for signatures in the coming days because … if 80 more apartments don’t join by Nov. 7, we’ll have a lot less power in the sale of the building.
